There's no button to add a photo, only in rich text allows me to add an URL photo.

Oh yes I forgot about that. Choose rich text then you can add your photo's url

I see you are linking from your blog. I'd probably try uploading the photo to Flickr and linking from there.

I can see the photo in your map popup box if I mouse over your name. Like cigars do we?

Oh ... and you have Noth Vancouver instead of North.

I add the url, but I can't see the picture when I click on me.
It shows me only the text.

Guessing it's the blog not allowing it to show properly then. Move the photo to Flickr and try again.

Yes, I was using the picture button, from the toolbar, in rich text.

Well ... can only assume you were grabbing the wrong url then. All I did was view your photo in flickr and right clicked it and grabbed the url then did as you did in rich text.
