Images on our facebook page - Member cover images

Hi members,

I probably made a mistake when I created the Photography.ca facebook page in that it should have been a group. It allows me to easily feature my own images but that's it. Personally I don't like posting my own images there. I prefer to post them on my personal FB page.

For those that have never looked at it, I tend to feature photos that I find interesting from around the web and more and more I'd like to include images from our forum. I'd like to change the cover photo to a member's image weekly or almost weekly.

Today I changed it to a photo from HBG - I'm assuming this is okay as extra people get to see the image....but I didn't ask first.

I would hate to feature someone's image and then they get upset with me.

Can I just assume that it's okay to feature member images there?

If it's not okay, can you just PM me, or post in this thread if it's not okay?

Also feel free to add any comments about that page here in this thread.

I'm fine with that... post away. I haven't been on top of the whole "page" vs "group" thing but I think groups are a thing of the past and are going away so the page was the right choice.

Yah. The groups are out. I had to switch over to pages too.
