You can head yo Ybor City... it is a street, very active... clubs, bars, cigars... probably a great place for taking candid shots of people.... lots of great angles and free access to balconies and stuff...

What are you looking to take pictures of? People are my thing... so Ybor City on a Friday night is where I want to be.
