There are a lot of flowers and plants pictures, enough that it might make sense to split it off in its own subcategory. That would leave mostly landscapes in the main forum. Good idea? Bad idea?

Thx for the suggestion!....buut...Hmmm - personally I think it may be too specific. If we do plants, then flowers are sure to follow and other sub-categories. Not saying no, just hmmmm.
what do others think on this matter.?

I meant plants in the generic sense - flowers, bushes, grasses, trees, slime molds, mushrooms, plankton, anything that can be shoehorned in. That leaves the main forum for landscapes, sunsets, snow, sand dunes, rocks, whatever.
Ok Gotcha - I'll consider any change so long as there is support for it.
I'm not sure if the lack of posting here by others indicates a lack of support for this suggestion.
So members... what say you on this idea?
many thx!

I tend to agree in terms that general landscapes shouldn't be thrown in with flowers and the like. So in that sense I agree.
eh...there are too many sub-forums now as it is. I think more things will go uncommented up on with more subdividing.
I am somewhat ambivalent about it. I almost exclusively use the "New Posts" link to find things to look at so I almost never know what category I'm in unless I take a look.
I think that we have enough photo sub forum topics already. I like it the way it is now.
