This woman was sitting at her table watching the parade. When the flags came by they paused for a bit and the woman then stood. After the flags passed by she took her seat again.
I really dig the comp and the moment captured.
The desaturation and selective colour makes it look a bit hand-painted.
The PP is interesting, but I'm not 100% convinced it works as well or better than a good old fashioned BW.
