i'd like the white petals to be whiter and the yellow centre to be brighter..
yes.... the image is indeed underexposed... that's why i put it in show photo.....

Definitely a nice crisp lens! Link (due to image size) of a very similar image taken with my micro-nikkor 60mm 2.8
oopsies - sorry travis!! didnt mean to c&c (guess i didnt pay attention to what forum i was in) this is a great shot for sure - especially in light of it being straight out of the camera with no post done to it!
An interesting capture and i like the blurred bkgd.
