    Default Tulip

Haven't been and won't be around much these days...bogged down with school work, assignments, tests, finals etc.
I was bored yesterday and needed a quick study break so I hauled out the camera to take some shots of some tulips I bought...ran this one thru a lightroom preset and rather liked the result....some might not but I do.

I also grabbed a bit of an unusual angle of this one also...not sure if it works for me but again, was bored, needed a break, some downtime and it never hurts to play:

Feeling a bit "meh" with the photos I've been taking lately too...not happy with the results more often than not.

The first one intrigues me. I keep wanting the browns to go just a touch brighter, with a bit of a metallic look.

Tulips are interesting to shoot. They can have neat textures and change from day to day. I like number one the colours are very nice. Gale

Thanks ladies....I like the first enough for a potential canvas enlargement someday as wall art (in the new home next year) I think b/c it is unusual.
