    Snapped a few shots on my way home through the valley yesterday.

    Same ... but different ... thought I'd include the 'special name' as well

    those are incredibly beautiful flowers! Wee flowers inside larger flowers. Those are so cool.

    And Iggy everyone here loves flowers. Especially MA!!!

    Nice bougainvillea there MA....fyi.....they are related to pointsettias.
    The coloured parts are actually leaves and the real flower is the white part.

    They colour their leaves to make them seem bigger so the bees/polinators will be more attracted to them..... They are like the "men" of the flower world....
