Spent weekend opening and closing paddles on the locks helping my son and daughter-in-law move their home. Only about 20 miles but took two days.
Day one rather busy but day two was just a gentle cruise.

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
57ft long and 6ft wide it has most mod cons the most important is solid fuel cooker.
But photo wise great to start with then you see same winding length of water with tow path down side and there is a limit to how many times one can take photos of swans etc. Although the day they stuck their necks through window camera was not to hand. I was really more interested in repelling boarders did not fancy sharing such a confined space with a swan.
My daughter spent a day on one of these going through several locks ... she really enjoyed it.
That looks very cool - very good colours here.
