We turned out the lights and computers and televisions for an hour, lit candles, and I set up my camera on the tripod to light paint this vase and flowers. Used a flashlight. Calgary's electricity usage didn't increase this year. Yay.

Cool to see you having a go
Too much light on the white sections and not enough on the flowers I think. But you'll get it. Try different settings and/or different distances with the torch
MA thanks for the comment. I wish I would have raised the camera higher on the tripod. I did like the effect of the light in the glass vase from the side. I remember you started a thread some time ago about light painting which inspired me to try it.
