I will be the token dissenter and vote for the color version. Initially I was struck by how like an X-ray this is and the color adds a surreal touch to what is ordinarily a black and white concept. When done in b&w it loses that surreal aspect and for me makes it more mundane.
I'm going color here as well. The contrast is nicer IMHO...
