I can't get enough of taking pictures around this bridge. The other day there was the most amazing sunset. I tried a bracketed HDR type shot of it but it was to over the top. So here is the single shot version.

I can see why you are attracted to this bridge, I think the single shot came out very nicely.

Not sure I'd consider this sunset 'amazing' ... unless it's so 'elusive' it's amazing you get them at all

But it IS a really nice shot! Very nice perspective. I've often taken HDR's of sunsets and found a single shot is better also. Nice work.

Thanks guys, ya MA decent sunsets don't occur too much on the prairies in the winter. Summertime and early fall are usually good but generally gray for quite a few months on end so this was a great change of pace to see this the other night. The last 2 nights have been gray as per usual. Do you think the saturation should be bumped a bit. I basically just took it straight out of camera.

You can only try to bump it a bit but I think it's pretty good as is. You might find saturating the yellows and reds only might work. Sure doesn't need any more blue.

Nice shot, though I thought the bridge was an above ground pipeline. Where is that bridge at?
