First one in post #7 is especially nice, Lisa.
Beautiful series there Casil. Love the beaver pond pic's, especially first one. Nice story being told here through your pic's. Thanks for sharing.
The beaver pond photos are entrancing. Like I could get lost in them. Great vision.
Mount Bourgreau...looking west.
A couple more shots of Mt. Rundle:
Bambi all in all yesterday I probably walked about 15 Km...I walked form the end of Vermillion lakes to downtown..about 8 km I'm guessing, and then headed up to the Banff cemetery and did some shooting there...walked back to the hotel and then back to downtown for dinner later on. My dogs are a bit tired but it was a super great day.... Thanks for all the nice comments everyone also...glad you enjoyed my journey as much as I did....was fun to share it.
This morning am going for breakfast on Tunnel Mountain then walk around in search of more photos and then head home. Was a great little holiday!

Can't pick a favourite here, they're all wonderful! (two thumbs up!)
So today was my last day here. Now I am back in Calgary, but this morning I went up Tunnel Mountain to take shots. After having breakfast at Cougar Pete's at the hostel, i asked the front desk folks where would be a good place to go Shooting..........lol...........Photo's I explained after they gave me a bit of a weird look! They said head to the Hoodoos so off I went. Got a few morning shots of different things before I got there. Saw a herd of about 50 elk cross about 20m in front of me (I stayed well back as these guys can get quite cranky sometimes). a very curious little squirrel who kept checking me out, and 2 or 3 coyotes strolling along with me...headed into the elks direction....was another great day. It was super icy and being alone and in the morning, thus I did not get down to the hoodoos via the steep trail.
LOL...I think I managed to walk about 30km in 3 days!
