    Default Hoar frost

Yesterday morning, after a night of very heavy fog, I looked outside just at sunrise to see all the trees in our neighborhood covered with white frost. And as the sun rose on a clear morning and touched the white coating, it was magical, as if the world was white and new and shiny again. There's a bird in the tree in the fourth shot.
I wondered if you other Calgarians caught it or was it only in my area, Oakridge near the reservoir.

Nice stuff here, good to see someone got out while I was stuck at work.

My shooting buddy Matt spent the day out there, after shooting hundreds of photos including some good shots of Downy woodpeckers his $17.00 16 GB card from China crapped out and lost everything. I guess there is a reason to buy good cards.

Bummer for your friend, Greg. Bargains aren't always bargains.
Thanks for the compliments from everyone about the photos.
