Thought I would take a break from the farm shots and from school and life in general right now and go down to my fave place for the afternoon.
I saw this refection in the creek and my jaw dropped to the floor as it looked so pretty!

Deal...come out for a gals weekend sometime and you can stay here at my place too!
Fish creek's become my sanctuary in the last 6 months...the place I can go to just get away and not think.
Today we had some hard stuff in school (muscle movements) to try to digest that made my head hurt. I'm also having some other stuff wandering aimlessly around in my head that ought not to be and i am having a hard time letting go of it so I thought I would go and get away for a few hours.
When i see stuff like this it puts things more in perspective as there is just so much beauty around and I think we all need to be reminded of the simple things that take our breath away.
I always go and feed the chickadees now too when I am there because that makes me smile. I like it when they look up at me as if to say thanks before they take a seed.
Maybe I'm going to be one of those crazy old ladies with a bazillion cats...I dunno.
A crazy lady with a bazillion cats that likes to skinny dip!

You with your bazillion cats and me with my dogs and horses. we could have a ranch.....
In fact just tonight my husband was saying we could move to Calgary to work now that the last kid will be gone in september of next year :cry-an:
this was in response to me telling him that I think in voting NDP this time I may have voted myself out of a job.......
Aw well, at least we have marketable skills.
