They actually fell the ones on the ground...who needs Lumberjacks!...

    How is his dam coming I saw him swimming there in the early morning last week, I hope he gets to build the dam so we can see how the pond invites more wildlife. Maybe some more Herons

    How on earth do they know where to gnaw the wood to make it fall just right????

    Yeah, that's why you often see chicken wire around the bases of trees in the city.
    It's an easy and humane beaver fix.
    I didn't see his dam Greg, I'll look for it next time...
