    Oh boy, this does look much softer posted here than it does in Lightroom.... just imagine it sharper, sorry!

    I've noticed that problem too with my submissions. I've taken to almost over-sharpening them before posting. Seems to make a difference when I preview post before I submit....at least to me anyhow.

    Really very nice shot too btw....

    That is a pity F8, because I like the composition.

    It looks like somewhere I would like to visit for the weekend, in a cottage with a fireplace and just look out the window.

    I did upload the file at below 150K, maybe the fuzziness I'm seeing is just in reducing the size and the jpeg quality to 70%? But when I compare the three versions at about the same size on my screen- the LR Preview, the Exported JPG, and the posted image, they rank 1-2-3 in detail/sharpness- so it still seems that it's taking another hit in uploading here.
