We ate at the world famous Brennan's Restaurant last night. They are famous for their Bananas Foster, cooked table side.

Did he have hair before the flambe? I must admit that I had to google Bananas Foster, but they look great (and now I am hungry)

I knew I had to choose between his face or the pan for the POF due to my wide open aperture, so I decided on the pan.
