Down the street from the motel we stayed in was the Chinese cemetery. Even now, it's on the outskirts of town. Only one person is buried there now. The Chinese arranged to have their bodies sent home as soon as it could be arranged. It was important, because they wouldn't be properly cared for unless they were buried near family. The one exception was unlucky enough to readied for return just before the US entered WWII. Sending anything to China wasn't possible at that point.
A memorial to those who were at one time buried here.
The sole remaining grave
At the entrance to the cemetery. It isn't a very big one.
Signs pointing to former grave sites.
