Autumn Jogger by Enrique Waizel, on Flickr
This is a discussion on Autumn Jogger within the Show your photo (Color) - Landscape & Nature (flowers, mountains, storms etc.) forums, part of the Photography & Fine art photography category; Autumn Jogger by Enrique Waizel , on Flickr...
I like the leaves as frame and the composition, but there's something about the out of focus part. It seems - harsh. Like maybe sharpening is messing with it a bit.
Appreciated your comment QO. Yes, I probably overdid the highlights and clarity of the jogger
Good to have creative feedback.
I also like the leaves at the top of the image - a nice composition and colour. I wonder, do you have any more image at the bottom? If so, consider adding a bit of space for the jogger to "run into", and remove just a tiny bit of the top. With respect to the runner, I would try the image with all or some of the white lettering on his chest cloned out. Maybe just the white between his head and the star on the jacket so as not to detract the eye from the leaves.
I kinda like the unusual composition - maybe the title is putting too much emphasis on the jogger. To my eye the dominant feature is the leaves, not the jogger. Maybe just call it Autumn in the Park...
Just a suggestion of course.

"You have to milk the cow quite a lot, and get plenty of milk to get a little cheese." Henri Cartier-Bresson from The Decisive Moment.
As was said, very interesting comp, and I too like the leaves in the foreground against the autumn background. The jogger, to me, has no significance. Would work with or without jogger.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
