Too bad you hadn't found that a couple weeks sooner. Nothing like a "good" feed of Puffball.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

Fascinating! We have a similar thing here I think ... but they are brown and start from animal droppings usually. They are great to pick up when riding a mountain bike and then throwing over your head in front of the others with you. The thing hits the ground in a huge cloud of 'dust'
