I've hardly ever used it to good effect but I used it on a shot of an Osprey I took at Christmas

OH yah! That came out pretty neat!
I like these effects - You can ALSO try these effects 'au naturale' by putting scrunched plastic wrap in front of the lens itself.

Note to self* Try plastic wrapping your lens just not in front of your family or friends..they already think you're nuts!!! :P
