I wasn’t too sure if I would actually post these, but as this is becoming part of a travelogue here is day 3 of our trip. We drove an unbroken 230km to Kings Canyon via the Mereenie Loop, a largely unsealed road through aboriginal lands that requires an entry permit.
The photos are taken by my son through the front windscreen, while I was driving our hired 4x4. Surprisingly we didn’t see any kangaroos or emus, but did see wild camels and horses on route. We quite liked the slow down sign in the third pic. (I understand there is supposed to be one the other side of the bend that says "puttum back down" but we didn't see that)
