Here is a pano I made the night after I took 'the beach at night'. It is a thirty shot pano of Forrest beach in Hilton Head, SC, around 1030 at night. The only edits I made (other than the stitching), were a little contrast, white balance and saturation. All edits were done on my iPad using the Autostitch app and Snapseed from Nik Software.

I like the way the whitecaps on the left side reflect the light. also the random natural lighting along the beach and of COURSE the beautiful Milky Way. Looks like a timelapse of a passing satelite as well.
    Thanks for the great photo.

The lighting on the beach is actually groups of people hunting for crabs. At first, I didn't like it, but after stitching the images together, they are just as important as almost everything else in the image. As for the passing satellite, it is actually an airliner flying over....

    Thanks for looking!

Lovely capture JR. So glad you did leave the crab hunters, and distant lights on horizon in also. Really anchors the image without detracting from the wonderful sky.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
