A park near my home
This is a discussion on Belair National Park within the Show your photo (Color) - Landscape & Nature (flowers, mountains, storms etc.) forums, part of the Photography & Fine art photography category; A park near my home...
Lovely composition. Have you applied a texture? I looks like it is on canvas.

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.

Thanks AntZ, Bambi & Marko. When I downloaded the image I felt it was lacking something, so in PP I duplicated the layer, applied a blur and then reduced the opacity of the blurred layer for a kind of faux Orton effect. Yes I then I applied a texture.

Takes it to 'graphic' rather than 'photo' in my opinion, but effective just the same. Great old tree!
I like this photo. It looks like an old painting I have in my house. It is simple, peaceful, but artful as well. Good job with this one.
Beautiful scene and very nicely pp RM.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
