I took about thirty to forty shots last night, and then some clouds rolled in, and nicely framed the moon, and shining above the moon is Jupiter.

I love the vision you saw here, so seeing as you have 'Please feel free to edit my photos' I decided I would ... I think that tells you what I would have suggested for your photo. I didn't change the comp or framing at all because I thought it was good
Did you increase the contrast and boost the saturation? I LOVE that the lens flare near Jupiter is virtually invisible! (Upper right corner)

I did a few things but no saturation boost. I dodged the red leaves. I used the Levels tool to create more contrast. I cloned out the Jupiter flare. I add a blue hue across the sky. I manually added a black vignette effect around the sky to give it more depth and enhance the moons glow.
