I like them both. We don't have anything like this in New England.
Hard to find interesting subjects like this in Nova Scotia too. A very nice shot of a cool subject. Is it just my eyes or do I detect some kind of halo around the tree in these shots. Perhaps you did some editing to bump up the contrast in the clouds?
