I am still unsure if my version of the camelia "fits" in this forum...but thought I would share. I am going for a fine art look and would value your comments. Thank you.
It looks like it would be a lovely image but it's a bit mushy. Can you check your original and see if it was larger than 250KB before you uploaded? This one is around 70KB which tells me that the board crunched it after you uploaded the image. You might consider editing your image and clicking on Manage Files to replace it with a version that is under 250KB.

Look a bit closer and you'll see there's been a filter of some sort added ... looks a bit like a frosted glass sort of thing.
This is a lovely image and feel 100% free to post more of these types of images. The second I saw it though I realized it was a product of some fairly heavy filtration or processing.
Photography is in transition at this time so you will have MANY different opinions as to what photography 'is' anymore. For me.... if the effect can only be achieved with a computer then it's more mixed media. Many people think I'm 100% wrong though.
