Beautiful place, thanks for sharing.
Please feel free to browse through my photography albums on my web site at www.aophoto.vze.com maybe you will like some of them.
thanks much. It is rather magical in winter. Like freeze frame in a movie.
Nice set! made a great photo story too!
I used to rock climb , but was never even temped to try climbing ice .... would rather take pictures of it
Cool set, I think the people really bring scale to the images. love those ice formations.
Thanks guys. Yeah, I'm glad shots of the gorge had people in it. and that the light was decent. at this time of year, the sun doesn't get high enough to shine down in the gorge, just on the edge of one side. The bridge is one of those iconic New England bridges. A friend of mine makes a hobby of photographing all the covered bridges in NH and maybe VT and other states. She's got some good shots.
Amazing set WD, love them all, but would have to say that #4, I love the motion captured here with that ice formation, and #7 with the tracks leading the eye into the photo to the bridge is beautifully done.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
thanks hbg. I'm kind of a nut for ice formations. check out this photo of me taking those - "I'm Such a Dork," says Kris | Flickr - Photo Sharing!
