[Wicked Dark]

Went for a little ramble down by the river today. I had this in mind from my first visit. I think I need a darker ND filter. But I like the intense blue water reflections and the touches of yellow. Repositioned the tripod a few times to get that line of rapids where I wanted it.

I love the flow you caught here...not too soft which I prefer. Perfect and the colour beautifully contrasts with the wicked cool autumn colours.

Love the colours and the perfect movement caught in the water. As you said, the blue water colour contrasts so nicely with the vibrant yellows.

Thanks HBG, I just now added this to the 'my best work' collection. it's a little over the top, but that's how I was feeling when I shot it. Lately when I really click with a place my sense of well being and gladness to be alive is pretty intense. considering the year I've had, it's no wonder.
