Wonderful bokeh here for sure. I would have probably added a pop of fill flash to the apple to reduce that shadow. (2 cents )

Thanks, Marko. I really was kinda liking the sun peeking through the leaves and lighting up part of the apple so I was enjoying the shadow but I like your suggestion just the same.
