very nice. I like it a lot. Reminds me of something similar I found in California.
a bunch. Yes MA it is really flat.....hence the nickname the flat lands. One of the cool things though is this is the same distance going due east as it would be going due west and ending at Lake Louise where it is anything but flat.However a few miles past of this location and the river valley opens up into the bad land which is just an amazing vista of hoodoos and dry gulches.
This is one of the reasons I love Alberta so much...2 hours in any direction from Calgary equals different landscape scenery altogether.
