What a very pretty scene and well captured. I can't think of too many places in Nova Scotia other than Cape Breton where you can get a birds eye view of the coast like this. Most of the time you have to drive through dense undergrowth to "pop out" in front of the ocean.
Also, when I saw the title "Pirates Bay" I thought you were providing movies to download

It was a beautiful beautiful beach but we didn't have time to walk along it unfortunately. To see this scene I take the hire car off road up a forest track for 8 kilometres but it was worth it.
It was very cloudy so I was begging for the sun to come out and light up the water. That's the best I got. Without the sun the scene went terribly drab but when it came out, the bright sand just made the water dance as you can see.
nice shot? GREAT shot ... love the composition, the curves really do it for me .. wonderful!
