Very interesting looking spot. Around here forest means "brush" with trees sticking out of it. Being able to see so far is very cool. And the colours are intense.

Great shot indeed ... suggestion: go back to that spot, set your exposure to 1/10, move the camera quickly upward or downward while exposing ... this shoule be interesting with that kind of blurr added....
