Couple of different kinds gone to seed.
Thanks. It's the goat's beard after it's gone to seed. The flower closes up tight for a few days after it's done blooming, and you can see the fluff developing before it opens up again like a giant dandelion. Lots of fun to watch.
OK, this is too weird. First the nightshade now yellow goatsbeard. I just shot this last week. Hope you don't mind my including it.

Great closeup! Love number 2 here.![]()
I like both views on this. Both show a different perspective of the plant.
Feel free to make comments on any of my shots

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
alien surgery...wansn't that a Geraldo episode??
Funny that the shot up there wasn't taken with my beloved OM 90mm f2 macro, it was done with the almost as equally beloved Zuiko Digital 12-60mm zoom. It focuses incredibly close and is sharp as hell.
Really likin' #2 QO.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
Thanks, everyone. I'm starting to see them all over the place. Maybe I'll revisit them once they start losing some of their seeds.
