    Default Camping Sunsets

We recently spent a weekend camping at a little lake on the Northern part of the BC/Alberta border. The sunsets were faaaantastic, so I thought I'd share. I'd put them in the critique section, but I like them too much to see them picked apart... If you have tips or pointers on sunset pictures though, I'd love to hear them! I'm heading back up there today, for the next 4 days or so, so there will be plenty more photo opportunities.

Agreed! These are VERY nice images indeed.
    Great job

In terms of putting them up in the critique section, yes there would be comments to improve, but IMO they would be minor. These are well done and I am impressed!

Shots 2 and 3 are super shots. Look at the rich colours in shot 2.
My main comment for shot 3 would be to have had the boat a little more toward the right side (rule of thirds)...aside from that I wouldn't change much else.

Some great shots and absolutely great exposures particularly 2 and 3. The boat and kids fit perfectly too and the reflections are excellent too.

I may be hard to impress, but I am impressed with these.

    Great work.

Thanks Travis! I was pretty happy with them... the colors are all boosted just a touch in post-processing. Besides that and a little crop here or there, that's the only change I made.

Thanks a bunch Marko! You guys have really helped me out with speeding up the learning process. I added a shot here that I took with the boat more off to the side.
