Just a comment though - rather than "dragging to 90 degrees" you can hold down (I think it the shift key but may be Ctrl) while selecting the points to create vertical or horizontal alignment (I don't have PS here at work to check)
I added an edited version to the original post.
It corrected what I wanted, but made other lines off.

Lightroom has really good software that will correct perspective as well. Since you use LR, you may find that you can accomplish what you need which will save you some time. It is one of those "hidden" gems inside LR Here is a quick tutorial:
