Yep, I hate to say it, but "If it sounds too good to be true"... A MUCH more cost-effective option (Though perhaps slighly grey from an ethical perspective) is to purchase the educational version through a local university/college if you know someone with bookstore privleges. These run $2-300 and aren't upgradable, BUT a full-version upgrade usually costs about that, so it's no real loss.
