image enlargement software

I'm looking for recommendations on software that will enlarge images for printing purposes. It can be either be a stand alone or a plugin for Photoshop Elements.

Blow up by alien skin gets good reviews though I've not tried it.
You CAN simply enlarge the photo through image size. Just up the % to 110% You can usually do this a few times on the same image. I've done it rarely, but when i have it's worked fine.

I've heard good things about perfect resize as well, although I've not used it myself.
