i like yours too paula! nice in b&w. adds to the simplistic-ness. funny how it gets you to look so closely at everyday objects & surroundings... i think its a great excersize.
and no one is 'too late' to submit - keep em coming!!
we'll have to start suggestions for novembers word soon too.

Paula - "love" it! I like how you alternated the softer wood texture with the harder metal texture - a hidden message there about what love is, to me anyway...and of course, your verse is fabulous!
