Thats funny you say that Susan! I was just finishing up taking the shots for that 2nd version when my "little boy" Zac, who's 10 came home from school. I told him what I was doing, and he really liked the idea. Hes been getting into taking pics himself, since I handed my old canon p&s digital camera down to him a couple years ago. We started picking out letters in our backyard together, and put together his name... (just to clarify, these pics were taken by me)

and btw, yes marko, im totally being a busy beaver with these... i cant deny it, obviously...

Kiley - so very cute and what a neat experience that it was for the two of you to do together!!! He will cherish both the image and the memory!

Marko - what a great lead in! And a super cool way to placate the honey!

    Job well done!

edit : Marko - double goodness with your "v" since you get a heart shape out of it as well!

    Default Searching for LOVE downtown

Here is my love from down town... Thank goodness I had on Linen pants and tennies.( Although my camera was getting some stares..>snag nice camera from woman not paying any attention because she is staring up to the heavens + pawn shop = next fix!) ...and not a short skirt and high heels! My original intention was to shoot it manual. But I was getting a bit creep-ed out by some of the more questionable characters out and about. I shot these on programe just so I could snag the shot and run. This was around 4:30pm tonight.

I like the creativity here Susan! I might pump up the contrast and sharpness a wee bit on the whole file though.

Great idea Marko! I had a really good excuse for the lousy photography - but not for the rushed pp! Ohwait, I do have an excuse: that part of my brain was asleep and traumatized from the downtown experience! LOL Course, how do I explain all of the other times I have a lazy brain? Hmmm.
