A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
It's been in the news and on every camera forum I've ever visited. Have yet to hear of it happening in the US or Canada. I kinda think it never will, but never say never. Fear makes for quick laws and quick laws are usually bad laws. Hopefully whatever "legitimacy" these types of stops have gets rescinded or recanted or repealed or something.
