    1848 Daguerreotypes Bring Middle America's Past to Life. Interesting piece on this 1848 Daguerreotype that can be zoomed to 30x and still remain crisp would take an equivalent digital camera would have to take a photo at 140,000 megapixels to match it. Well worth reading.
