September 2008 - Photo assignment 1 - severe manipulation

I just finished creating this up for a student.. I really liked the way it turned out, so I thought I would kill 2 birds with one stone by posting it here due to the fact that it is severe manipulation and share it too.

I like the first one. I got it when I saw it.

I can understand about being camera shy and there are ways around it. A night time silhouette or even a sunset silhouette might work. Possibly have a lampost light the subject. Or even the subject doing thier hobby where it is not that posed type shot.
