    Default The Start of Summer

The UK has just had a really hot weekend, (That's hot for us MA, probably nothing compared to your usual weather) so my family migrated to the garden to make the most of the good weather. In between lazing around with a cool beer, eating BBQ and playing with the children, I dug out my gold reflector and got some shots of the kids.

oh you are brave to get that close to the kids when they are holding a hose. I wouldn't have done it with mine at that age!

very nice capture of a summer day. We've had summer weather here too. it was actually high 20's yesterday here.

    Love this shot Richard.....beautiful.

We've had more winter like conditions... Highs of +4C and all we were missing was snow...it was cold enough though and the weather forecast even called for it a few times.

Nicely done. I'm surprised they're not paying more attention to you. Are you actually getting them to pose or are they really that oblivious to your presence? We too had a beautiful long weekend. Hit 29C yesterday here in Halifax. Sorry to hear it's not that warm in your area, casil.

    Thanks guys/girls

I think my children are pretty used to having a camera pointed at them now... Occasionally I have them pose for me.. (I pay with sweets), but in this shot they were just ignoring me.

My reflector got little bit wet, but dried out fairly quickly.

+4.... that's sooooo cold.. when does it warm up in Canada?
