I thought I would have another go at a self portrait, 10 second timer shot. I would have liked to get a bit more light on that back eye, but It's pretty tricky lighting yourself.

I quite like this one Richard - Well done! The shot feels slightly 'tight' to me but you are correct, it's difficult to light yourself.

Married ... hands off girls. Musician ... or guitar thief. Leather jacket and serious expression ... moody, cold or just miserable. Doesn't bite fingernails. Ever so slightly unshaven ... a touch of rebel. No background ... secretive. Uses Shell Oil and Champion sparkplugs, likes short walks on long beaches, Sinatra movies and flowers that make you laugh.

Marko - I see what you mean about the tightness, I was quite aggressive with the crop as my green background material isn't very large, I will have a go with a different background next time. Another though I have had this morning, is if I want to use a SP image for website avatar, I should think about what the image would look like cropped square.
