    I think its more "Pushed" than over exposed Iggy. The light you had would only work if you could bounce some back toward them. Failing that, it's flash city, but then you'd lose the moment. The idea is totally sound however and I think you've done a fair job in the rescue

    Tricky lighting situation for a candid shot, good job with the rescue. I had a similar situation yesterday afternoon when I was out with the family on walk, by the time I popped the flash up and set it for 'fill', and looked back through the viewfinder I was stood there pointing my camera at complete strangers who were now standing where my family once was.
