i think these are all really well done - the clarity and lighting/shadows is great. may i ask if you always do your portraits this close? i think it might help if you pay close attention to the cropping, as in other photos youve posted. each one of these shots cuts off the tops of the persons heads - is that on purpose? and the 3rd and 4th ones have half their ears chopped off too. other than the cropping issues, i think youve done a great job - the subjects eyes are all great focal points and i like the hair & skin texture.
I like shot 2 the best. It has a warm feeling and we feel the connection with the model. I also find this portrait quite 'natural' and flattering for the model and I'd guess she'd be pleased.
