    Default 2010 Olympics Skeleton Finals

Went to the Skeleton finals yesterday. My friend Amy Gough was racing for Canada, unfortunately didn't get any real good shots of as I was to busy screaming my voice out and high fiveing her when she came off the track. I did however get some good shots of other athletes.

Amy Williams of Great Britain took Gold. We passed her this flag for people who were beside us who couldn't reach her, my friend is 6'7" and grabbed it from them and handed it to her. When we were sitting with our friend Amy Gough at the top of the track, this Amy came over and thanked us for the flag.

Mellissa Hollingsworth, she was a hopeful for a medal for Canada but ended up sliding a little slow.

Thanks guy's. Here are a couple more.

John Montgomery launching his Gold medal run.

Not sure who he is but I was waiting, heard him coming, starting snapping, took about a dozen shots and this was the only on with him in full frame. My title for this shot, FAST

I love the second last shot, your panning is bang on and the timing having him pretty well at the apex of his launch. Very well done.

Thank you. I just wish I'd switched my lens over so I could've had a closer shot.
