From memory I think the water only gets to about 10 degrees C around at the coldness in the sea during winter and probably closer to 2 - 4 degrees C in some streams that see little sun.
Right now it's still pretty warm by day ... official temps are around the 28 C but it's mostly around 30 - 32 in the suburbs where there's cement and buildings.
Soon it will be very nice and comfy at around 22 - 26 C by day ... but it won't last long enough. I'd like to move to Tasmania where it's cooler most of the year round
Nothing wrong with those shots. My shots were mostly landscapes as I only had the 28 -135 lens.
WOW - some supremely cool shots in this thread.
